Who conducts the consultation?
All consultations are conducted personally by Mr Vaibhav Bhardwaj — not by any assistant or team member.
Can I ask as many questions as I want?
There’s no hard limit on the number of questions. However, since the consultation is time-bound, the number of questions we can explore in depth depends on their complexity.
If you have many topics or want detailed guidance, the 60-minute session (Premium Horoscope Consultation) is usually more suitable.
Will I receive a written report or recording?
We do not provide written reports.
Session recordings are available as follows:
- Complete Horoscope Consultation and Gemstone Recommendation – Recording available as a paid add-on during booking.
- Premium Horoscope Consultation – Recording included at no extra cost.
Recording is optional and made only with your consent. We respect your privacy.
Will the consultation be on audio or video call?
You can choose between audio or video — there’s no difference in service or cost.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind or miss the session?
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance — we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability.
